摘要
本文详细的介绍了聚合物静电放电抑制器的防护机理,总结了逾渗理论、量子隧道效应理论和场致发射效应理论等三种模型。PESD器件可以低至670 V电压触发,钳位电压低至20 V左右,并且多次静电触发之后,元器件还可以保持良好的绝缘性能。
The protective mechanism of polymer electrostatic discharge suppressor is introduced in detail in this paper,and three models of percolation theory,quantum tunneling theory and field emission effect theory are summarized respectively.The PSD components can be triggered when voltage reduced to670V and clamp voltage decreased to20V around,and their good insulating property was kept after many times of electrostatic trigger.
