具有过温过流双层保护超小型断路器

摘要 本文依照国际电工委员会IEC 60127-1,-2,-3标准和国家GB 9364-1,-2,-3标准及国家GB 9816.1热熔标准设计了一款小型电路保护器,该保护器具备过流保护功能及过温保护功能,并且同时满足以上国际及国家相关标准,对日趋复杂电路的提供双层电路保护(过流及过温)。本产品采用两种设计结构,一种为简单的串联方式,优点:加工简单制作成本低,缺点为体积偏大对电路的空间有所要求。第二种方式采用化学方式通过化学配方改进熔断丝,使产品在受热时发生反应,从而使电路切断同时当电路过流时熔丝也会快速的切断电路。此种成本偏高大约为第一种的两倍以上,优点是体积小,封装比第一封装小一倍。此产品可以广泛应用到新能源电池保护电路中。 In this paper,a small circuit protector is developed based on standards of IEC60127-1,-2,-3(issued by International Electrotechnical Commission),GB9364-1,-2,-3(Chinese standards)and GB9816.1(a Chinese industrial standard for thermal fusing products)with providing overcurrent protection and over temperature protection for today’s increasingly complex electric circuits.This circuit protector is designed with two kinds of structures.One is simple series connection with advantages of easy processing and low cost,but requires a large space from the circuit because of its big size;the other is adopting the chemical way to improve the thermal fuse so that chemical reactions will occur in the fuse when product heats up and subsequently cut off the circuit.On the other hand,if the over current gets through,the fuse will also quickly disconnect the circuit.The cost of second approach is approximately twice higher than the first one,but has a small packaging size that is only half of that of the series connection design.This product can be widely used in new energy battery protection circuits.
