Research on the Path and Model Innovation of New Smart City Construction in Shanghai

上海新型智慧城市建设模式创新要以城市为中心展开,围绕城市的实际需求,与城市建设、城市运营和城市服务相融合,更好地服务于城市中的人,最终达到智慧城市设计可落地可运营的目的。新型模式可以阐述为"城市+智慧",即确立上海新型智慧城市建设中城市的主体地位,以"主体+技术"模式,强化上海城市本身建设需求和规律在新技术时代的主导作用,使上海新型智慧城市更加契合上海未来发展的愿景规划。

The model innovation of new smart city construction in Shanghai should take city as the core,focus on the actual needs of the city,integrate with urban construction,urban operation and urban service and better serve the people in the city,so as to achieve the goal of the implementation and operation of smart city design.The new model can be described as“city and wisdom”,that is,to establish the city’s dominant position in the construction of the new smart city in Shanghai,to transform it into the model of“subject and technology”,to strengthen the leading role of Shanghai’s own construction needs and laws in the new technology era,and to make the new smart city in Shanghai more in line with Shanghai’s vision plan for future development.
