Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,Shanghai's rural areas have gone through a glorious course of reform and opening-up for 40 years:adhering to emancipating the mind and daring to innovate is the first condition for Shanghai's rural reform to achieve significant achievements;adhering to respecting farmers'will and initiative spirit is the key to Shanghai's rural reform to achieve significant achievements;adhering to maintaining,achieving and developing the interests of farmers is the basic starting point for Shanghai's rural reform;adhering to the“two trends”and the integration of urban and rural development are the important ways to achieve significant achievements in Shanghai's rural reform;adhering to the reality and adapting measures to local conditions are the key measures to achieve significant achievements in Shanghai's rural reform.
