摘要
提出了一种带加载的环形谐振器,并在此基础上研究设计了一种可用于超宽带系统的结构紧凑的超宽带带通滤波器.通过在环形谐振器的两侧分别加载一组高阻抗线,可实现超宽带的通带带宽特性.在环形谐振器内部加载平行耦合线,可有效改善通带特性.通过在环形谐振器两侧的高阻抗线上加载开路支节,可进一步改善滤波器的通带特性.利用ADS仿真软件对所设计的超宽带带通滤波器进行仿真计算.仿真结果表明,该滤波器具有良好的通带效果和优良的阻带特性.
In this paper,based on a loaded ring resonator proposed,a UWB filter with a compact structure used for UWBsystem is designed.By loading a pair of high impedance lines on each side of thering resonator,the characteristics of the bandwidth of the UWB passband can berealized.The passband performance can be improved by loading parallel coupled lines in the inside of the ring resonator.In order to further improve the passband performance,an open circuit is loaded on a high impedance line on each side of the ring resonator.Thesimulation calculation of the UWB filter designed is achieved by ADS.The simulation results show that the proposed filter exhibits good passband performance andalso boasts a high stopband performance.
