摘要
电厂中汽包水位控制系统可维持锅炉蒸发量与给水量的平衡,是保证锅炉安全运行至关重要的一个环节。该系统采用串级控制系统,但控制系统性能评估大多针对单回路控制系统,对串级回路系统的研究与实际应用相对较少。采用最小方差评估方法对该串级控制系统实现实时在线评估,无需辨识过程对象的精准模型,只需根据生产运行数据得到评估结果,计算方法简便实用,最后通过中国华电龙游热电厂的实际数据验证了该方法的合理性与可靠性。
The drum boiler water level control system in the power plant can maintain the balance between boiler evaporation and water supply,and it is a crucial part of the safe operation of the boiler.The system uses a cascade control loop.Compared with single-loop control systems,control performance assessment of cascade control systems has seldomly been researched and conducted.In this paper,the minimum variance evaluation method is used to realize real-time online evaluation of the cascade control system.It is not necessary to identify the precise model of the process object,and only the control performance result is obtained according to the production operation data.The algorithm is simple and practical.This paper verifies the reliability and rationality of this method through the actual data of Longyou Power Plant of China Huadian Corporation.
