GnRH-a联合宫腔镜手术治疗2型子宫肌瘤临床观察被引量：2

摘要目的探讨促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)联合宫腔镜手术治疗2型子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法入组108例2型子宫肌瘤患者,其中GnRH-a药物预处理后行宫腔镜手术患者59例作为观察组,同期直接行宫腔镜手术的49例患者为对照组。结果观察组用药后子宫肌瘤体积明显减小(P<0.05)。观察组术中出血量、手术时间均少于对照组,术中并发症发生率低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 GnRH-a预处理后行宫腔镜手术治疗2型子宫肌瘤,能够有效改善临床症状,术前缩小肌瘤体积,降低手术难度,且术中出血少、创伤轻,术后子宫恢复快、并发症少,不影响患者子宫功能。
