摘要
以木纤维和矿物纤维为原料,采用液态沉积工艺制备了复合空气净化材料,木纤维和纳米Mg(OH)2改性的矿物纤维质量比=5∶1;该复合材料在0.3μm油性气溶胶和盐性气溶胶中任意流速下过滤效率均达到了96%以上;在不同程度的空气污染环境中对PM2.5细颗粒物的过滤效率均高于95%。在PM2.5值为70~150μg/m3范围内,PM2.5值的变化对其去除率影响不大。复合材料比纯木纤维具有更优异的空气净化能力。
Using wood fiber and mineral fiber as raw materials,the composite air purification material was prepared by liquid deposition process.The mass ratio of wood fiber to nanometer Mg(OH)2 modified mineral fiber is 5:1.The filtration efficiency of the composite is above 96%at any flow rate in 0.3μm oil aerosol and salt aerosol.The filtration efficiency of PM2.5 fine particles in different degree of air pollution was higher than 95%.When the PM2.5 value is in the range of 70~150,PM2.5 had little effect on the removal rate.The composite has better air purifying ability than pure wood fiber.
