摘要
针对衡山石碑钠长石矿的基本性质和矿物组成分析,确定采用全湿法磁选除铁联合工艺对钠长石进行提纯。通过反复对比试验确定了工艺路线和工艺参数,采用破碎、棒磨机磨矿两个小闭路循环及湿法磁选除铁工艺,将钠长石的Fe_2O_3含量由0.43%降低到0.082%,Na_2O含量为10.65%,钠长石的精矿产率达到73.4%以上,达到了预期目标。
Based on the analysis of the basic properties and mineral composition of the feldspar deposit in Shibei village,Hengshan county,the whole wet magnetic separation process was used to purify the sodium feldspar.Through the repeated comparison test to determine the process route and process parameters,the use of crushing,rod grinding mill two small closed loop and wet magnetic separation process,the sodium feldspar Fe2O3 content from 0.43%to 0.082%,Na2O content is 10.65%,sodium feldspar concentrate yield reached 73.4%or more,to achieve the desired goal.
