基于问卷调查的农学专业《农产品贸易学》课程建设及其效果评估

Course Construction and Effect Evaluation in Trade of Agricultural Products Based on Questionnaire Survey

《农产品贸易学》是华南农业大学农学专业为适应现代农业发展开设的主干课程之一。该文通过对2011—2014年4个年级共312个修课学生进行问卷调查,了解学生对此课程在课程设置、授课方式、课程内容、考核与评价等方面的认识、看法及建议。在此基础上,对课程需要进一步改革的各个方面进行了总结和探讨,并对课程建设提出了优化教学内容、改革教学方法、突出专业特色、结合新时代特色等方面的建议。

In order to meet the requirements of modern agricultural development,Trade of Agricultural Products was set up,which is one of major courses of Agronomy in South China Agricultural University.By the questionnaire survey of312students in four grades from2011to2014,this paper aims to find out their understanding,pinions and suggestions on the curriculum design and content,teaching methods,assessment and evaluation of this course.Based on analysis of above questionnaire,the author explored and summarized all aspects of the course which need further reform.Some suggestions on the construction of course,such as the optimization of teaching content,reform of teaching methods and highlight of major specialty,which need to combine with the characteristics of the new era,etc.
