摘要
为制备性能优良、经济效益好的环氧沥青胶结材料,选择环氧树脂等适宜的原料,提出路用环氧沥青胶结料的技术要求,并通过拉伸强度、断裂延伸率、针入度、黏度等指标,评价不同比例的环氧沥青性能。试验表明,环氧树脂:固化剂=1:1,沥青占胶结料约为70%;路用环氧沥青黏度增加至1 Pa·s时间为60 min,以黏度达到5 Pa·s的160 min左右作为环氧沥青材料的容留时间,满足技术指标要求,试验结果为环氧沥青,路面养生时间及铺筑后开放交通时间的确定提供了理论依据。
In order to prepare road epoxy asphalt binder with excellent performance and good economic benefit,this paper selects suitable raw materials such as epoxy resin and puts forward the technical requirements for road epoxy asphalt binder.Different proportions epoxy asphalt performance is evaluated by strength,breaking elongation,penetration,viscosity and other indicators.Tests show that epoxy resin:curing agent=1:1,asphalt accounts for about70%of binder,the time that road epoxy asphalt viscosity increases to1Paos is60min.Epoxy asphalt materials residence time that viscosity reaches5Paos is160min.This residence time satisfy the technical indicators requirements.The test results provide a theoretical basis for the determination of the curing time of epoxy asphalt pavement and the open traffic time after paving.
