应用高通量表型平台分析四种铁皮石斛的表型差异 被引量:3

摘要 相同环境条件下,不同品种铁皮石斛表现型不同,本研究主要是利用高通量表型成像技术对4种铁皮石斛进行表型差异分析,通过表型差异辅助品种选择。结果表明:应用高通量表型成像技术可以准确的得出不同品种的表型差异,JC品种植株高,水平幅宽宽,植株不紧密,投影面积大,相对含水量较高;叶片短宽,叶周长短,叶投影面积大。GX品种植株高,水平幅宽窄,植株较紧密,投影面积小,相对含水量低;叶片长、窄,叶周长长,叶投影面积大。ZP品种植株较高,水平幅宽较宽,植株较紧密,投影面积较大,相对含水量高;叶片短、窄,叶周长短,叶投影面积小。HN品种植株矮,水平幅宽窄,植株紧密,投影面积小,相对含水量较低;叶片短、窄,叶周长短,叶投影面积小。 Under the same environmental conditions,different varieties of Dendrobium officinale have different phenotypes.This study mainly used high-throughput phenotype imaging technology to analyze the phenotypic differences of four varieties of Dendrobium officinale and assisted the selection of varieties through phenotypic differences.The results showed that the high-throughput phenotype imaging technology could accurately obtain the phenotype differences of different varieties.And it indicated that the JC varieties were higher and wider,and scattered shape with a larger projection area and high relative water content;the blades were short and wide with short perimeter and large projected area.The GX varieties were higher and narrow,and closely shaped,with small projection area and lower relative water content;the blades were long and narrow with long perimeter and large projected area.The ZP varieties were high and wide,and closely shaped with large projected area and higher relative water content;the blades were short and narrow with short perimeter and small projected area.The HN species were short and narrow and more closely shaped with small projected area and low relative water content;the blades were short and narrow with short perimeter and small projected area.
