饲料中添加复方中草药对肉鸭生长性能与血清中生化指标的影响

Effects of compound Chinese herbal medicine in feed on growth performance and serum biochemical indices of meat ducks

为研究复方中药制剂对肉鸭生长性能及血清中生化指标的影响,采用单因素设计试验,选择体重相近的21日龄健康天府肉鸭360只随机分成4组,每个组3个重复,每个重复30只。1组为空白对照组饲喂基础日粮,2组、3组、4组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的复方中草药制剂,预试验7 d,试验期为21 d。在试验后的1 d和21 d测定其生长性能,在试验后的7、14、21 d测定血清生化指标。结果表明:(1) 3组、4组的试验末重和平均日增重分别较对照组提高5.74%、5.39%、12.46%、11.82%(P <0.05);3组、4组的料肉比分别较对照组降低8.02%、7.45%(P <0.05)。(2)在试验后的14、21 d, 3组、4组总蛋白含量分别较对照组提高9.64%、9.38%、5.85%、5.60%(P <0.05),在试验后的7、14、21 d,2组、3组、4组白蛋白含量均高于1组,差异不显著(P> 0.05)。(3)在试验后的14、21d, 3组、4组的血尿素氮含量分别较对照组降低26.2%、21.6%、23.9%、22.8%(P <0.05),3组、4组尿酸含量分别较对照组相比降低2.2%、2.0%、1.7%、1.4%(P <0.05)。在基础日粮中添加1.0%复方中药制剂可以提高天府肉鸭生长性能,提高血清中总蛋白含量,降低血清中血尿素氮和尿酸含量,提高肝肾功能。

In order to study the effect of preparation on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of meat ducks.A single factor design experiment was conducted to select 360 healthy 21 day old healthy Tianfu ducks randomly divided into 4 groups.Each group had 3 replicates and 30 replicates per group.The 1 group were fed with basal diet for blank group.The 2,3 and 4 groups were added 0.5%,1%,1.5%compound Chinese medicine in the basal diet.The pre experiment was 7 d,and the test period was 21 d.The growth performance were measured by 1 d and 21d after the test.Serum biochemical indexes were measured at 7,14 d and 21d after the test.The results showed that:(1)The final weight and average daily gain of the 3 and 4 groups were increased by 5.74%,5.39%,12.46%and 11.82%,respectively(P<0.05),the feed to meat ratio of the 3 and 4 groups was 8.02%and 7.45%lower than that of the control group respectively(P<0.05).(2)The total protein content of 14,21 d,3 and 4 groups increased by 9.64%,9.38%,5.85%,5.60%(P<0.05)after the trial,respectively.The albumin levels of group 2,group 3 and group 4 were higher than those of 1 group at 7,14 d and 21d after trial,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).(3)The blood urea nitrogen content of 14,21 d,3 and 4 groups decreased 26.2%,21.6%,23.9%and 22.8%respectively(P<0.05)after the test.The uric acid content in the group 3 and group 4 decreased by 2.2%,2%,1.7%and 1.4%compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the addition of 1%compound Chinese medicine in the basal diet could improve the growth performance of Tianfu meat duck,increase the total protein content in serum,reduce the content of blood urea nitrogen and uric acid in the serum,and improve the function of liver and kidney.
