包被纳米氧化锌对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻率及血清指标的影响 被引量:7

Effects of dietary supplementation with coated nano-zinc oxide on growth performance,diarrhea rate and serum biochemical indices in weaned piglets

摘要 为探究日粮中添加饲料级包被纳米氧化锌对断奶仔猪(杜×长×大)生长性能、腹泻率及血清指标的影响,选取18头28日龄断奶仔猪,随机分为3个处理组,每组6个重复,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加普通氧化锌(Zn含量2500 mg/kg)和包被纳米氧化锌(Zn含量100 mg/kg)。正式期14 d。结果表明:与基础日粮组相比,包被纳米氧化锌组断奶仔猪日增重(ADG)极显著提高15.15%(P <0.01),耗料增重比(F/G)显著降低11.83%(P <0.05),腹泻率极显著降低100%(P <0.01),且都与普通氧化锌组无显著差异(P> 0.05);与普通氧化锌组相比,包被纳米氧化锌组仔猪血清中谷丙转氨酶含量极显著降低51.17%(P <0.01),粪便锌含量极显著降低90.33%(P <0.01)。综上,低剂量包被纳米氧化锌促断奶仔猪生长的效果与高剂量氧化锌的效果一致,并且能有效改善其引起的仔猪血清转氨酶升高和环境污染问题。 The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation coated nano-zinc oxide on growth performance,diarrhea rate and serum biochemical indices in 28-day-old weaned piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire).The test was divided into three treatments.The control group were fed with basal diet,the treatment groups were supplemented with 2500 mg/kg Zn(zinc oxide) and 100 mg/kg Zn(coated nano zinc oxide) in the basal diet,respectively.Positive trial period 14 d.The results showed that compared with the control group,the group that include coated nano-zinc oxide significantly increased the daily gain of 15.15%(P <0.01),significantly reduced the ratio of feed to meat by 11.83%(P < 0.05),the rate of diarrhea was decreased by 100% significantly(P < 0.01),and there was no significant difference between the two treatments(P > 0.05).Compared with the treatment include zinc oxide,the treatment include coated nano-zinc oxide could significantly improve the problem of high level glutamic-pyruvic transaminase by 51.17%(P < 0.01) and significantly solve the problem of high zinc content in feces by 90.33%(P < 0.01).Thus,the effect of low level coated nano zinc oxide used to improve the growth performance of weaned piglets,reducing diarrhea rate and other aspects,which was same as the high level zinc oxide.Not only the use of low level coated nano zinc oxide could effectively reduce the high zinc on the soil environment pollution,but could improve the problem of high level serum aminotransferase.
