摘要
沙棘(Hippophaehamnoides L.)为胡颓子科沙棘属植物,其枝叶所含有的氨基酸和总黄酮较为丰富。沙棘枝叶中蛋白质含量11%～23%,与紫花苜蓿相当;粗纤维14%～20%,低于紫花苜蓿,其有改善动物健康和产品品质的功能,具有广泛的资源开发和应用前景。本文通过对沙棘枝叶的营养价值及在畜禽生产中的应用进行概括总结,并对当前作为饲料原料利用方面存在的问题进行近一步的探讨,为沙棘枝叶可持续利用提供参考思路。
Seabuckthorn(Hippophaehamnoides L.)is a genus of hippophae rhamnoides,which contains abundant amino acids and flavonoids.The content of protein in seabuckthorn leaves is 11%~23%,which is comparable to alfalfa;crude fiber is 14%?20%,which is lower than that of alfalfa.Seabuckthorn has the function of improving animal health and product quality,and has extensive resources development and application prospects.In this paper,the nutritional value of the seabuckthorn leaves and poultry production were reviewed,and the problems existing in the use of feed ingredients were discussed,in order to providing reference ideas for the sustainable use of seabuckthorn leaves.
