摘要
增生性瘢痕是临床常见的一种高出皮肤表面的病损,其发病率高、临床表现多样、个体差异大、复发率高,临床治疗颇为棘手。近年来,激光技术发展迅速,在瘢痕中应用广泛,尤其是二氧化碳(Carbondioxide,CO_2)点阵激光在增生性瘢痕的应用中表现出可观的应用前景。临床研究表明,CO_2点阵激光治疗增生性瘢痕的临床疗效确切,并发症少,明显优于其它激光的治疗效果。本文对近年来国内外献中关于CO_2点阵激光治疗增生性瘢痕的文献进行了归纳总结,深入探讨其治疗机制、临床疗效及不良反应,以期为CO_2点阵激光治疗瘢痕提供新的思考。
Hypertrophic scar is a common clinical lesion with high skin surface It has a high incidence,diverse clinical manifestations,individual differences and high recurrence rate,the clinical treatment is rather tricky.In recent years,laser technology has developed rapidly and has been widely used in scars,especially the Fractional CO2laser in the application of hypertrophic scars showed considerable application.Clinical studies have shown that Fractional CO2laser is effective in treating hypertrophic scars,with fewer complications and better therapeutic effect than other lasers.This article summarizes the literature on Fractional CO2laser treatment of hypertrophic scars at home and abroad in recent years,in-depth discussion of its treatment mechanism,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions,in order to provide new thinking for CO2laser treatment of scars.
