脑出血患者手术后ICU护理干预效果观察

Observation on effect of ICU nursing intervention on postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage

目的观察分析脑出血患者手术后重症监护病房(ICU)护理干预效果。方法 40例脑出血患者,依照随机原则分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组采用传统护理,观察组采用ICU护理干预模式,对比两组患者护理效果、术后并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组患者护理总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为10.0%,低于对照组的50.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.800, P<0.05)。结论对脑出血患者给予ICU护理干预模式临床应用价值高,能显著减少并发症发生,有利于提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of intensive care unit(ICU)nursing intervention on postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 40 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing,and the observation group received ICU nursing intervention mode.Comparison were made on nursing effect,occurrence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction degree between the two groups.Results The observation group had higher total nursing effective rate as 95.0%than 70.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had lower incidence of postoperative complications as 10.0%than 50.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction degree than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.800,P<0.05).Conclusion ICU nursing intervention model for patients with cerebral hemorrhage has high clinical value.It can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,and is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients.
