焊接错边对管路疲劳寿命影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 分析了焊接错边对管路应力放大的影响,针对典型管路的焊接结构,对比了数值仿真和工程公式应力放大因子。在Dirlik疲劳寿命公式的基础上,推导出了焊接错边应力放大因子对疲劳寿命的影响函数。根据导管焊接实际错边量,比较了理想焊接状态、规范要求错边量状态以及实测焊缝错边量状态下管路焊缝区的静应力和疲劳寿命。仿真结果显示,焊缝错边会显著增加管路焊缝区的静应力,且大幅降低管路的疲劳寿命,甚至会使管路发生疲劳失效。 This paper analyzed the influence of welding misalignment on the stress amplification of the pipeline.The stress factor of the typical pipeline welding structure is calculated using numerical simulation and engineering formula.Based on the Dirlink fatigue life formula,the influence function of the welding misalignment on the fatigue life is deduced.The static stress and fatigue life of the pipeline weld area with welding condition,the required fault condition and the measured weld misalignment are compared.The simulation results show that the welding misalignment will significantly increase the static stress of the pipeline weld area,and greatly reduce the fatigue life of the pipeline,and even make the pipeline fatigue failure.
