摘要 在现代教学伦理研究中,传统课程设计变革、"以学生为中心"、注重互动双向反馈等MOOC诸多新的特点均是教学伦理学相关研究的方向。从现代教学伦理视角出发,以教学评价为方向,立足学生视角,对MOOC课程的教学满意度进行实证研究。本研究通过问卷设计、量表开发,以及问卷发放,调查了2745名各个高校的学生。研究采用结构方程技术利用SPSS19. 0和AMOS22. 0,构建了MOOC教学满意度模型。从教学态度、教学方法、教学效果、教学内容角度对学生对教学的满意度进行了实证分析。研究表明,教学态度对MOOC教学中学生满意度的影响最大。本次研究结果为MOOC教学满意度的更加深入广泛的研究提供一定的参考,对MOOC课程的建设提供有效的借鉴,对教学伦理在教学评价方面的进一步研究提供了指导性。 In the study of modern teaching ethics,many new features of MOOC,such as the reform of traditional curriculum design,"students-centered"and the focus on interactive two-way feedback,are the relevant research directions of teaching ethics.From the perspective of modern teaching ethics,this paper took teaching evaluation as the direction and based on students'perspective,conducted an empirical study on the teaching satisfaction of MOOC courses.This study investigated2,745college students through questionnaire design,scale development and questionnaire distribution,adapted Structural Equation Modelling using SPSS19.0and AMOS22.0to construct MOOC teaching satisfaction model.This paper conducted an empirical analysis of students'satisfaction with teaching from aspects of teaching attitude,teaching method,teaching effect and teaching content.Research showed that teaching attitude had the greatest influence on students'satisfaction with MOOC teaching.The results of this study provide a certain reference for more in-depth and extensive research on MOOC teaching satisfaction,provide an effective reference for the construction of MOOC courses and provide guidance for further research on teaching ethics in teaching evaluation.
