隔离开关触头材料环境耐久性模拟试验及带电性能评价研究

摘要 目前国内外对于隔离开关触头腐蚀行为的研究尚采用传统的大气腐蚀研究方法和思维模式,未考虑流通电流、压力、温度等因素对隔离开关触头材料的影响。隔离开关通常在几百安至几千安的电流和上千伏的高压下工作,采用大电流和高电压对隔离开关进行腐蚀试验,存在很大的安全隐患,且试验设备难以获得。因此,本文在带电工况下对隔离开关触头材料进行环境耐久性模拟试验,考核触头材料带电工况下的实际运行情况,并且综合考虑影响隔离开关触头材料腐蚀的因素,研究一种小电流、低电压的多因素复合测试方法,对隔离开关触头材料的带电服役性能进行测试。 At present,the traditional atmospheric corrosion research method and thinking mode are still adopted in the study of corrosion behavior of disconnector switch contacts at home and abroad,which are without considering the influence of the flow current,pressure,temperature and other factors on contact materials of isolating switch.The disconnector switch usually works at a current of several hundred amps to several thousand amps and a high voltage of KV.The high current and high voltage are used to test the corrosion of disconnector switch which exists a great potential safety problem and the test equipment is difficult to obtain data.Therefore,this paper simulates the environmental durability of the contact material of isolating switch under the condition of live electricity,checks out the actual operation performance of the contact material under live electricity condition,the influencing factors of material corrosion of switch contacts are considered comprehensively.A multifactor composite test method with small current and low voltage is studied to testify the active service performance of the contact material.
