彩色多普勒超声监测下介入治疗盆腔脓肿的临床疗效及安全性研究

Effect and safety of interventional therapy for pelvic abscess under color doppler ultrasound monitoring

目的探讨盆腔脓肿患者在彩色多普勒超声监测下行介入治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法选择2013年9月～2017年9月在我院诊治的88例盆腔脓肿患者为研究对象,按随机方法分为对照组和实验组各44例,对照组实施传统手术治疗,实验组在彩色多普勒超声监测下行介入治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者的住院时间、症状消失时间、白细胞恢复时间、体温恢复时间比较,实验组各项指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声监测下行介入治疗盆腔脓肿的效果显著,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of interventional therapy for pelvic abscess patients under color doppler ultrasound monitoring.Methods88cases of pelvic abscess patients who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from September2013to September2017were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with44cases each.Results Comparison of two groups in the hospital time,symptoms disappear time,leukocyte recovery time,and the temperature recovery time,the experimental group were superior to control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Under color doppler ultrasound monitoring the interventional treatment of pelvic abscess is effective and has clinical value.
