膝关节退行性骨关节病诊断中MRI的应用价值研究

Application value of MRI in diagnosis of degenerative osteoarthrosis of knee joint

目的分析磁共振(MRI)检查应用于膝关节退行性骨关节病的诊断价值。方法选取2016年2月～2018年2月我院收治的膝关节退行性骨关节病患者90例,全部患者均行X线和MRI检查,并以手术结果为标准,比较两种影像学检查手段在膝关节退行性骨关节病变的阳性检出情况。结果 MRI对软组织肿胀、关节积液、关节软骨改变、半月板变性、滑膜增厚等病变上的阳性检出率显著高于X线检查,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);两种检查方法在关节间隙狭窄、关节面不平坦、骨质增生、软骨下赘骨、软骨下囊样病变方面的阳性检出率比较,差异无显著统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MRI在膝关节退行性骨关节病的诊断价值确切,能够有效提高病变阳性检出率,具有较高的临床诊断价值。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in degenerative osteoarthrosis of knee joint.Methods90patients with degenerative osteoarthropathy of knee joint admitted to our hospital from February2016to February2018were selected.All patients underwent X-ray and MRI examination,and the positive detection of degenerative osteoarthropathy of knee joint by the two imaging examination methods was compared based on the surgical results.Results MRI of soft tissue swelling,joint effusion,changes in articular cartilage,meniscus degeneration,synovial thickening and other lesions on the positive detection rate was significantly higher than that of X-ray(P<0.05).Positive detection rate of two inspection methods in joint space narrowing,joint surface inequality,hyperostosis,subchondral vegetations,subchondral sac lesions was no significant statistical significance difference(P>0.05).Conclusion MRI has a definite diagnostic value in degenerative osteoarthrosis of knee joint,can effectively improve the detection rate of positive lesions.
