鼻内镜手术结合术后氟康唑冲洗治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎疗效观察

Effect of endoscopic nasal surgery and postoperative Fluconazole irrigation in treatment of non-invasive fungal sinusitis

目的探讨鼻内镜手术结合术后氟康唑冲洗治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的效果。方法将我院2014年7月～2017年7月收治的124例非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者按照数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组62例。对照组62例采用鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组62例在对照组基础上加用术后氟康唑冲洗治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效,并对随访1年时的复发率、生活质量进行比较。结果观察组的临床治疗总有效率为93.5%高于对照组的79.0%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均随访1年,观察组的复发率为8.1%低于对照组的27.4%,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的生活质量评分明显升高,与同期对照组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜手术结合术后氟康唑冲洗治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的临床效果佳,复发率低,有利提高患者的生活质量,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of endoscopic nasal surgery and postoperative Fluconazole irrigation in the treatment of non-invasive fungal sinusitis.Methods124cases of non-invasive fungal sinusitis admitted to our hospital from July2014to July2017were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the number table method,62cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery,and in the observation group were treated with postoperative Fluconazole irrigation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared,and the recurrence rate and quality of life were compared at1year follow-up.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in observation group was93.5%higher than that of control group79.0%,statistically significant difference between group(P<0.05).Two groups of patients were followed up visit for1year,the observation group recurrence rate was8.1%less than27.4%of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score in observation group of patients increased significantly,compared with the control group,with significant difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery combined with postoperative Fluconazole irrigation for treatment of the non-invasive fungal sinusitis has a good clinical effect,low recurrence rate,and is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients.
