青白联合术治疗合并白内障闭角型青光眼临床效果观察

Clinical effect of combined glaucoma and cataract surgery on angle-closure glaucoma with cataract

目的探讨青白联合术治疗合并白内障闭角型青光眼的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的80例闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者为研究对象,随机分为两组各40例,观察组实施青光眼白内障联合手术(青白联合手术)治疗,对照组实施分步手术治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后眼压、视力及房角开放度。结果治疗前,两组患者的各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的眼压(12.30±4.15)mmHg、视力0.84±0.27、房角开放度(62.35±15.64)°均优于对照组的(27.80±7.65)mmHg、0.57±0.16、(75.00±13.77)°,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青白联合手术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的效果显著,与分步手术相比临床应用价值更高。

Objective This study was designed to assess the clinical effect of combined glaucoma and cataract surgery on angle-closure glaucoma with cataract.Methods A total of80cases of patients with angle-closure glaucoma and cataract treated in our ophthalmology outpatient department were randomly divided into two groups:40cases in each group.Observation group was treated by trabeculectomy with cataract surgery,while control group was treated by sub-step surgery.The patients in two groups were compared.Intraocular pressure,visual acuity and angle of openness before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the intraocular pressure of observation group was[(12.30±4.15)mmHg vs(27.80±7.65)mmHg]and the visual acuity[(0.84±0.27)vs(0.57±0.16)]and angle of openness[(62.35±15.64)°vs(75.00±13.77)°]were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Trabeculectomy with cataract surgery in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma combined with cataract has a significant effect,and has higher clinical value compared with sub-step surgery.
