经颅磁刺激治疗仪治疗抑郁症睡眠障碍的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment on sleep disorders of depression

目的探讨经颅磁刺激治疗仪对抑郁症睡眠障碍的治疗效果。方法选取2017年7月～2018年7月我院收治的60例抑郁症睡眠障碍患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组患者均实施常规治疗措施,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用经颅磁治疗仪进行治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗后的睡眠质量。结果治疗后,观察组患者的睡眠总时长显著高于对照组,早醒延迟时间及觉醒次数明显少于对照组,而且观察组患者各HAMD睡眠障碍因子水平也明显优于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症睡眠障碍患者采用经颅磁刺激治疗仪治疗的临床效果良好,可显著改善患者的睡眠质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation on sleep disorder of depression.Methods From July2017to July2018,60patients with depression sleep disorder were randomly divided into observation group and control group.30patients in each group were treated with routine nursing measures.The patients in the observation group were treated with transcranial magnetic therapy on the basis of routine treatment.the sleep quality of the2groups after treatment was compared..Results After treatment,the total sleep time of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group,and the delayed time of early awakening and the times of awakening of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group,the levels of HAMD sleep disturbance factors were also significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference between groups was(P<0.05).Conclusion Transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy can achieve good clinical effect in the treatment of depressive sleep disorders,significantly improve the sleep quality of patients,it is worth promoting in clinical use.
