摘要
采用可靠性框图技术对轨道客车司机操作台进行可靠性研究。首先,根据司机操作台接线图分析其内部元件的逻辑关系,并绘制可靠性框图。其次,计算每个元件的可靠度,从而得出总体可靠性。最后,根据分析结果提出合理的设计及维修建议。
In this paper,the reliability of the driver console of railway vehicles is studied based on the reliability block diagram.Firstly,the reliability block diagram is drawn according to the connection diagram of the driver console.Then,the reliability of each component is calculated to obtain the whole driver consoles reliability.Finally,reasonable design and maintenance suggestions are put forward according to the reliabolity analysis results.
