摘要
定量分析了三维椭圆振动轨迹参数(形状、空间位置和振动频率)对切削加工非球面光学元件表面粗糙度的影响规律,给出了切削过程中选取椭圆形状参数和空间位置参数的方法。
The influence of3D elliptical vibration trajectory parameters(shape,spatial position and vibration frequency)on the surface roughness of aspherical optics is studied.The method to get the optimal elliptical shape and spatial position parameters is discussed here.
