摘要
伊敏露天矿扇形转向期间剥离运距增加、设备能力不足、第四系松散层一系列因素为轮斗全连续系统的应用提供了条件。通过对轮斗全连续系统的系统组成、开采参数、开采程序、设备规格、移设步骤和系统布置等方面进行详细的研究,为伊敏露天矿轮斗全连系统的引进提供技术依据,同时也为其它矿山的相关设计提供宝贵的经验。
During sector swerve period,the increased stripping distance,inadequate equipment capability,the quaternary loose bed,a series of factors provide conditions for the application of BWE fully-continuous mining system.Through researching the BWE fully-continuous mining system composition,mining parameters,mining procedures,equipment specifications,shift steps and system arrangement and so on,the mine provides technical basis for the introduction of BWE fully-continuous mining system in Yimin Open-pit Mine,which provides the valuable experience for the related design of other mines.
