摘要 2018年伊敏露天矿主采煤层16#煤层夹矸层数增多,构造复杂,增加了煤炭回收的难度,降低了煤质,同时15#煤地质构造复杂,分布极不规则,且无法划分台阶单独开采,需要全力回收。由于伊敏露天矿设备为矿山重型设备,进行精细化选采和进行15#煤回收作业较为困难,利用小型租赁反铲对复杂煤层夹矸区进行分层开采、降低煤损、提高回采率和煤质。 In2018,the number of16#coal seam increases and its structure is complex,which increase the difficulty of coal recovery and reduce the quality of coal.At the same time,the geological structure of15#coal is complex,the distribution is extremely irregular,which cannot divide the steps to be mined alone and need to be fully recycled.As the equipment of Yimin Open-pit Mine is mining heavy equipment,which is difficult to refine mining and carry out15^#coal recovery operation,using small backhoe to stratify mining,reduce coal damage,and improve recovery rate and coal quality.
