Technical upgrading and transformation of PH2800XP electric shovel walking system

基于对平朔集团PH2800XP电铲行走系统缺陷分析的基础上,提出并阐述了技术升级改造方案,通过升级改造的费用与电铲正常大修的行走系统费用的对比和改造前后的停机时间的对比,以及通过安全、电气、备件周转等其他方面的研判分析,得出对行走系统的升级改造在技术上是可行的,在经济效益上也是非常必要的,升级改造后可进一步保障电铲的安全可靠运行,也为电铲以后的维修工作提供了参考。

Based on the analysis of the defects of PH2800XP shovel running system in Pingshuo Group,this article puts forward and expounds the technical transformation scheme,compares the transformation cost with the normal overhaul running system cost of shovel,and the downtime before and after the transformation,as well as the safety,electrical,spare parts turnover.The author obtains that the upgrading and transformation of walking system is necessary and feasible to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the shovel and provide a reference for the shovel maintenance work.
