摘要
迷走神经电刺激是一种针对难治性癫癎的神经生理学治疗方法。但其具体的作用机制尚待阐明。本研究概述了过去20余年迷走神经刺激在动物实验及临床研究中的应用,从神经生理学、神经解剖学、神经化学和脑血流变化等不同层面展开综述,分析其抗癫癎研究的机制。
Vagus nerve stimulation(VNS)is a neurophysiological therapy for intractable epilepsy.However,the specific mechanism is still to be not elucidated completely.This paper summarized the application of VNS in animal experiments and clinical studies over the past20years,and the mechanism of its anti-epilepsy research is reviewed from the aspects of neurophysiology,neuroanatomy,neurochemistry and cerebral blood flow changes.
