发达国家产学研发展较早,其发展经验可为我国协同创新发展提供相关启示。在协同创新工作推进过程中,政府应该发挥主动作用,不仅要营造良好的社会环境,而且要统筹规划教育发展;高校要转变观念,注重产学研发展,提升服务社会的能力;企业要实现协同发展,健全技术转移体系,加速科研成果市场化。

The IUR(Industry-University-Research)in developed countries has developed earlier than others,and its development experience can provide relevant enlightenment for China’s collaborative innovation and development.In the process of promoting collaborative innovation,the government should play an active role,not only to create a good social environment,but also to plan the development of education;universities should change the ideas,pay more attention to IUR and enhance the ability to serve the community;enterprises should achieve coordinated development,improve the system of technology transfer and accelerate the marketization of research findings.
