摘要
当前国内英语教师教育存在英语师范生批判性思维和实践创新能力发展不足,职前职后教学和专业发展贯通不足,学科知识提升与教学技能发展不同步,教育技术应用能力偏低以及国际视野不宽、跨文化能力不足等问题。结合教育部关于基础教育改革的新要求,在互联网+背景下,应该有机融合外语教学与信息技术、英语学科知识与教学技能、国内国际课程内容等做法,采用线上线下混合学习、职前职后贯通的方式,拓展高校优质资源的社会服务功能的英语教师培养新模式,促进教师的专业发展。
Some problems are identified in the process of cultivation of English pre-service teachers.Students are found to be lacking critical thinking ability and innovation in practical work.They lack understanding of in-service work expectations and chances of development.Their subject knowledge and pedagogic knowledge do not develop coordinately with their teaching skills and their ability to apply education technology is inadequate.Besides,they have limited global view and cross-cultural communication awareness and ability.The authors of the article adopt a model which integrates English teaching with information technology,English pedagogic knowledge with teaching skills,and course contents from both national and international curriculums.The new model also promotes blended learning and a linkage of pre-service English teachers’cultivation with in-service teachers’development.The practice has been found effective in improving pre-service teachers’professional ability.
