摘要
随着中国正式加入《华盛顿协议》,从高等院校人才培养目标中可以看出,各大高校不再仅仅满足于对学生技术能力的培养,而是在培养和锻炼学生非技术能力上投入更多的时间和精力。以数控实训课程为例,文章通过对数控实训教学模式的改革创新研究,引入项目设计任务,并采用微课、互联网+等信息化手段,达到在培养学生技术能力的同时,还培养学生工程与社会、环境和可持续发展、职业规范、个人和团队、沟通、项目管理、自主学习等非技术能力的目的。
In view of program objective of higher institution for students,universities aim at not completing students’technical competence training but investing more time and energy in their non-technical competence after China’s entering into Washington Accord.Taking the Course of Numerical Control Operation as a case,this paper presents an innovative teaching mode by introducing Micro-lesson,internet plus and other information means in order to training not only the student’s technical competence but the non-technical competence:e.g.engineering and society,environment and sustainable development,professional norm,personal development and teamwork,communication,project management,self-regulated learning,etc.
