NaCl胁迫下南荻多倍体的无机盐离子吸收特征 被引量:3

Characteristics of inorganic salt ion absorption of Miscanthus lutarioriparius polyploid under NaCl stress

摘要 南荻(Miscanthus lutarioriparius)是中国特有的芒属植物,是极具应用前景的纤维类生态能源草。为研究南荻多倍体在NaCl胁迫下的无机盐离子吸收特征,本研究以南荻多倍体和奇岗为研究对象,测定其在0、0.2%、0.5%、0.8%NaCl胁迫下对K+、Ca2+、Mg2+、SO42-和NO3-的吸收利用率,并同时测定各试验材料的存活率。结果表明,各南荻多倍体对K+、Ca2+、Mg2+和NO3-的吸收率普遍随NaCl浓度的增加呈上升趋势,对SO42-的吸收率除多倍体L7、L8和L9随NaCl浓度的增加有明显的上升以外,其他材料均受到不同程度的抑制;而作为对照的奇岗,总存活率较低(38.89%),对K+、Ca2+、Mg2+和SO42-的吸收均受到NaCl的抑制,对NO3-的吸收率则在高NaCl浓度下有所增加;在0.8%NaCl胁迫下,南荻三倍体L8和L9存活率较高(66.67%),且L8和L9对Ca2+、Mg2+、SO42-和NO3-的吸收率与其对照相比增幅均高于其他材料;南荻三倍体L2和L4在0.8%NaCl胁迫下存活率最低(16.67%),且L2和L4对各无机离子的吸收率与对照相比增幅均低于其他材料。通过本研究,获得了南荻通过调节对K+、Ca2+、Mg2+、SO42-和NO3-的吸收量响应NaCl胁迫的初步数据,为研究NaCl胁迫下南荻的无机渗透调节生理响应机制奠定基础。 Miscanthus lutarioriparius is a species of Miscanthus domestic to China and is an ecological grass with a promising future.To study the inorganic osmotic response of M.lutarioriparius polyploids under NaCl stress,M.lutarioriparius polyploids and Miscanthus×giganteus were treated with0,0.2%,0.5%,and0.8%NaCl solution.The absorption rate of K^+,Ca^2+,Mg^2+,SO4^2-,and NO3^-were analyzed and the survival rate of each test line was measured.The results showed that the absorption rates of K^+,Ca^2+,Mg^2+,and NO3^-by each polyploid of M.lutarioriparius generally increased with the increase in NaCl concentration,and the absorption rate of SO4^2-except for L7,L8,and L9increased significantly with the increase in NaCl concentration.Other tested lines were inhibited to varying degrees.As a control,Miscanthus×giganteus(G)had a lower survival rate(38.89%),its absorption of K^+,Ca^2+,Mg^2+,and SO4^2-was inhibited by NaCl,and the absorption rate of NO3^-increased at high NaCl(0.8%)concentration.After treatment with0.8%NaCl solution,the survival rate of M.lutarioriparius polyploids(L8and L9)were the highest(66.67%),and the absorption rates of Ca^2+,Mg^2+,SO4^2-,and NO3^-by L8and L9were higher than those of other lines compared with the control.The survival rate of M.lutarioriparius polyploids(L2and L4)were the lowest(16.67%)under0.8%NaCl solution,and the absorption rates of L2and L4to each inorganic ion were lower than that of the control.From this study,the preliminary data of M.lutarioriparius was obtained,by adjusting the absorption of K^+,Ca^2+,Mg^2+,SO4^2-,and NO3^-in response to NaCl stress.This provides an opportunity for further studying of the physiological response mechanism of inorganic osmotic adjustment of M.lutarioriparius under NaCl stress.
