摘要
根据催化剂周期性使用特性,改变脱氢装置脱氢反应注水量,即在反应初期、中期、末期注水量逐渐变化,使水始终与反应器中催化剂活性中心数相适应达到稳定催化剂活性目的(原来催化剂温度周期从475~500℃,而现在催化剂温度周期从476~482℃,从初期到末期注水量是递增的),应用这一方法最终达到转化率与选择性的优化、延长催化剂寿命、提高烯烃产量的目的。
According to the periodic characteristics of the catalyst,the water injection rate of dehydrogenation reaction in the dehydrogenation unit is changed gradually in the initial,middle and final stage of the reaction.The water always adapts to the active center number of the catalyst in the reactor to achieve the purpose of stabilizing the catalyst activity(the original catalyst temperature period is from 475℃to 500℃,but now the catalyst temperature period is from 476℃to 482℃,and the water injection rate increases from the initial stage to the end).This method is used to optimize conversion and selectivity,prolong catalyst life and increase olefins production.
