尺骨冠状突骨折复位固定对复杂肘关节骨折脱位术后维持肘关节稳定的意义探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨复杂肘关节骨折脱位患者应用尺骨冠状突骨折复位固定对其术后维持肘关节稳定的意义。方法选择2016年1月~2018年1月期间收治的复杂肘关节骨折脱位患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(手法复位与常规外固定)和观察组(尺骨冠状突骨折复位固定),每组30例。对比两组相关观察指标及肘关节功能情况。结果观察组患者肘关节功能恢复正常时间(92.03±6.23)d、住院时间(12.02±2.21)d显著低于对照组肘关节功能恢复正常时间(114.31±6.27)d、住院时间(18.60±2.34)d;观察组Mayo评分(89.08±4.73)分、优良率(83.33%)显著高于对照组Mayo评分(71.40±4.45)分、优良率(56.67%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论尺骨冠状突骨折复位固定治疗复杂肘关节骨折脱位效果显著,能够有效维持肘关节稳定,促进其功能恢复正常。 Objective To investigate the significance of reduction and fixation of ulnar coronoid process fractures in the treatment of complex elbow fractures and dislocations.Methods 60 cases of complex elbow fracture and dislocation were selected from January 2016 to January 2018.The patients were divided into control group(manual reduction and conventional external fixation)and observation group(ulnar coronoid process fracture reduction and fixation),30 cases in each group.The relative indexes and elbow joint function of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of elbow joint function in observation group(92.03±6.23)days,hospitalization time(12.02±2.21)days were significantly lower than those in control group(114.31±6.27)days,hospitalization time(18.60±2.34)days;Mayo score(89.08±4.73)points and excellent and good rate(83.33%)in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(Mayo evaluation).The score was(71.40±4.45)and the excellent and good rate(56.67%)was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Reduction and fixation of ulnar coronoid process fractures is effective in the treatment of complex elbow fracture and dislocation,which can effectively maintain the stability of the elbow joint and promote its functional recovery.
