剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的诊断和治疗措施研究进展

Progress in diagnosis and new treatment of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section

剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠是异位妊娠之一,病因不明,临床上较为罕见,指既往有剖宫产史的女性再次妊娠时,孕囊着床于剖宫产切口瘢痕处,有子宫肌层及纤维瘢痕组织包绕,可能引发子宫破裂甚至大出血等。由于近年来剖宫产人数的增加,剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的发生率显著上升。临床上诊断常采取阴道超声检查,而治疗方法常采取手术切除及药物治疗。本文将综述剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的诊断与治疗措施进展。

Cesarean section uterine scar Pregnancy is one of ectopic pregnancy,unknown etiology,clinically rare,which refers to that a woman with a previous history of cesarean section is pregnant again,and the gestational sac is implanted in the scar of the cesarean section incision with uterine muscle layer and fibrous scar tissue wrapping around.Cesarean section uterine scar Pregnancy may cause uterine rupture and even bleeding.Due to the increase of cesarean section in recent years,the incidence of uterine scar pregnancy increased significantly after cesarean section.Transvaginal ultrasonography is often used in clinical diagnosis,and treatment is often performed by surgical resection and drug therapy.In this paper,the diagnosis and new treatment of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section are reviewed.
