摘要
在力学研究领域里,对强冲击(指高g值)高能过载(指过载能量大且作用时间达毫秒量级)现象的研究是一个很小的分支,即在极端过载的力学环境下,定量研究材料内部因过载应力引起的结构性破坏,并确定过载应力优先破坏材料内部最薄弱的部分。试验设备用来产生和模拟这种极端过载环境,设备的设计需要特殊的技巧,模型设计着重解决过载波形的设计原理和方法问题。
The study on strong impact(means high g value)and high energy overload(means high overload energy and long acting time(order of magnitude is millisecond))is a very small branch in the field of mechanical research.In mechanical environment of extreme overload,the structural damage will occur first in the weakest part of the materials because of the overload stress.A kind of test equipment is developed to produce and simulate such extreme overload environment,and the design of the test equipment requires special skills.The model design focuses on solving the design principle and method of the overload waveform.
