摘要
针对结构强度试验传感器分路校准技术,通过编程对整个校准流程进行了仿真分析。该程序可以实现传感器分路校准仿真,并获得试验控制系统的配置参数。根据仿真结果,可以实现参数的效验进而对试验的过程给出精确控制。对试验校准误差的可能取值范围进行了仿真,仿真结果可以指导试验,发现问题并迅速排除故障。试验验证表明,仿真结果与实际测试具有很好的一致性。
For shunt calibration technology of structural strength test,the whole calibration process is simulated and analyzed by programming.The program can be used to realize the calibration simulation of the sensor and obtain the parameters of the control system.According to the simulation results,the parameters can be calibrated and the process of the test can be controlled accurately.The possible value range of calibration error is simulated,and the simulation results can be used to guide the test and solve the problem quickly.The test results show that the simulation results are consistent with the actual test.
