摘要
电磁换向阀广泛用于工程机械上,其作用是改变变速箱中的控制油路,从而控制离合器的吸合与分离,最终实现车辆的前进后退挡的变换。但由于油品污染、电磁衰减等原因,电磁换向阀经常出现卡滞、电磁力变弱等永久失效或间隔失效的现象,这些现象往往很难通过人为操作的方法对其进行检测。所以,研制一台电磁换向阀可靠性检测试验台,对了解电磁换向阀的性能、检测其可靠性有着重要的意义。
Electromagnetic reversing valve is widely used in construction machinery.Its function is to change the control oil circuit in the gearbox so as to control the combination and separation of clutches,and ultimately realize the forward and backward shift of vehicle.However,due to oil pollution,electromagnetic attenuation and other reasons,electromagnetic reversing valves are often stuck,electromagnetic force weakening and other permanent failure or interval failure.These phenomena are often difficult to detect through human operation.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a testing platform to understand the performance and improve the reliability of electromagnetic reversing valve.
