摘要
核燃料装卸贮存系统(PMC)直接吊装核燃料组件,其中燃料转运装置是PMC系统中的重要设备之一。该设备在反应堆换料期间使用,通过与装卸料机和人桥吊的配合,完成反应堆核燃料组件的转运工作。方家山核电工程使用的燃料转运装置的控制系统,是首套由国内自主研发,并适用于M310机型的控制系统。由于是首次使用,在细节上的设计上难免存在一些不足,为解决在实际使用中遇到的问题,该控制系统进行了安全性和合理性的改进。完成改进后的控制系统,降低了设备误报警、误保护的概率,提高了燃料组件的安全性,也为今后M310机组燃料转运装置控制系统的国有化提供了借鉴。
Nuclear fuel handling and storage system(PMC)is a system which directly handles nuclear fuel assemblies,and the fuel transfer device is an important equipment of the PMC system,which will be used during the reactor refueling period.This device coordinates with the spent fuel pit crane or the manipulator crane?which can complete the transfer of nuclear fuel assemblies.The control system of the fuel transfer device in Fangjiashan is set by the domestic independent research and development for the first time for M310 units.For that reason,this control system is not perfect.So this control system has improved the safety and rationality to solve some practical problems.After the improvement has been completed?the probability of false protection has reduced,the safety of fuel assemblies has increased,and also this improvement can provide reference for other fuel transfer device control systems.
