核电厂凝汽器水室牺牲阳极设计

摘要 针对阴极保护技术在核电厂凝汽器水室的应用现状,指出设计工作中存在的不足:一是阴极保护设计缺少系统性核算过程;二是核算过程忽略输入参数校准,导致服役应用与设计产生偏差,形成设备缺陷。以某核电厂凝汽器水室牺牲阳极设计优化过程为例,介绍了凝汽器水室牺牲阳极阴极保护的设计方法,并采用有限元分析方法对牺牲阳极在服役期的受力状态进行了系统核算。 For the application of cathodic protection technology used in the condenser water chamber of power plant,insufficiency in the existing design work was summarized as the one was lack of systematic accounting for the cathodic protection design process,and the second was ignoring the calibration of the input parameter for accounting process.As a result of the deviation between the application and design?the equipment defects were emerged.Taking the design optimization procedure of the sacrificed anode for the condenser water chamber as a example,the method of the cathodic protection design of the sacrificed anode for the condenser water chamber was introduced,and the stress state of the sacrificed anode during the usage period was checked systematically by using the finite element analysis in this paper.
