摘要
针对某660 MW水氢氢冷发电机首次启动即出现的定子振动严重超标何题,通过轴系动平衡、氢冷器压沙袋等措施将振动值控制在长期运行标准范围内,根据发电机历次启停机的峰值转速和模态试验结果诊断为局部共振,并确定根本原因为发电机2阶反相振型模态频率过于接近工作频率。通过发电机三维建模仿真得到载荷分配调频方案,最终实施特定的载荷分配方案彻底解决发电机振动问题,对处理同类型发电机定子振动具有一定的借鉴意义。
For the vibration of a 660 MW hydro-hydrogen generator stator occurs seriously when it started up for the first time?the vibration value is controlled within the long-term operation range through the shaft balance?sandbags on hydrogen cooler and other measures.Based on the peak speed during the generator^s startup and stop and modal test results,it is diagnosed as the local resonance,and the root cause is determined as the generator's second-order inverse mode frequency is too close to the operating frequency.The load distribution frequency modulation scheme is obtained through three-dimensional modeling and simulation of the generator.Eventually,the specific load distribution scheme is implemented to completely solve the generator vibration problem,which can be used as reference for the stator vibration of the same type of generator.
