摘要
工程总承包模式下,为确保核电厂运行部门顺利完成大量系统接产任务,探索出一套专业化系统接产方法,相比全员接产模式、大接产组模式,此方法可解决运行人员因倒班作息带来的沟通不便、白班人员系统接产任务量大、系统接产质量差等问题;为适应专业化系统接产模式,设定专门的组织机构、人员准备并明确责任分工,制定配套的管理程序、控制流程、质量保证方法;针对以前机组系统接产的问题,制定解决办法或措施:目前该方法已成功在福清核电站3号机组实施目达到应有效果。
In engineering procurement construction,in order to take over a lot of systems for temporary operation,the nuclear power plant operation department developed a specialized management mode which can solve such problems include the inconvenience of communication due to shift work,heavy tasks for each operation personnel and poor quality.In order to carry out this specialized management mode,special organizations have to be set up,enough staff shall be provided with clear division of responsibility,a complete set of management procedures,process control and quality assurance methods shall be developed.For the problem of poor quality of previous system takeover,corresponding solutions or measures are determined.Now,this specialized management mode has been successfully implemented in Unit 3 of Fuqing NPP and achieved good results.
