突发公共安全事件中,政务新媒体话语运用的语境具有特殊性,在此语境下,当前政务新媒体话语运用存在的问题更加突出,需要从多方面调整突发公共安全事件话语运用的策略:从观念上,既要直面自身的意识形态属性,又要落实服务者的角色;话语框架上,从政绩框架向民本框架转变;信息报道中,尽量遵循客观理性的话语原则;充分利用新媒体技术与公众进行对话交流,并且重视开展话语的日常训练,以此提高应对突发公共安全事件的能力。

In the case of public security emergencies,the use of new media discourse in government affairs requires special conditions.In this context,the problems of the use of new media discourse in current government affairs are more obvious,and it is necessary to adjust public security from various aspects.The strategy of using event discourse:from the perspective of conception,it is necessary to face both its own ideology and the identity of the service provider;in terms of discourse framework,it needs to change from the performance framework to the people-oriented framework;in the aspect of information reporting,we should try to follow objective and rational discourse principle;make full use of new media technology to communicate with the public,and we also should pay more attention to the daily training of discourse to improve the ability to respond to public security emergencies.
