摘要
工作坊是以小组学生为主体,任务为导向,小组合作为模式,实践环节为主要环节,指导老师为引导的一种教学模式。机械设计制造及其自动化专业工作坊式实习中,通过任务驱动、自主学习、合作交流、共同进步等策略实现了学生自主完成主题相关产品的设计与制作,教师改变以往填鸭式教学方式,以导师方式进行引导,提高学生学习的积极性和自主性,训练专业知识的综合应用能力。
The workshop is one kind of teaching mode with group students as the main body,task-oriented,group as a model,practice as the main link and guiding teachers as a teaching model.The students independently complete the design and production of subject-related products through task-driven,independent learning,cooperative communication,common progress and other strategies in the professional workshop of machine design&manufacturing and automation.Teachers guide the students as a mentor instead of spoon-feed.It shows that the workshop of machine design effectively mobilizes the enthusiasm and autonomy of students'practices,and improves students'professional knowledge and comprehensive capacity.
