The Changes and Common Features of Western Discourse of Governance Civilization

西方治理文明话语有其固有的范式,其秩序变迁与东方有所差异。随着经济全球化浪潮的加速,区域治理文明的超越发展也表现出多样性。研究发现,尽管西方治理话语在历史学、人类学与政治学方面有所差异,但其通过主宰世界、权力伪装与终结历史的方式以及进行治理行为的变迁过程则具有共性,其共性表现为一种全球范围内的权力场域,并试图借此路径实现其全球视野下的治理文明发展目标。

Western governance discourse has its inherent paradigm,and its order changes are different from the East.With the acceleration of the economic globalization,the regional political civilization has shown its diversity.The study finds that although there are differences in the content of Western governance discours in history,anthropology,and political science,the course of change in governance behavior through the methods of dominating the world,disguising power,and ending history is a common direction.The commonness of the discourse manifests itself as a global power field,and attempts to take this path to achieve its goal of political civilization development in a global perspective.
