摘要
整车阻力的精准仿真,对基于Cruise性能分析软件的整车开发过程起到举足轻重的作用。文章针对汽车滑行阻力实际包含除滚动阻力、空气阻力,还有传动系、轮毂轴承等内摩擦阻力[1]存在的情况,对现预研车型进行总的阻力分析。较传统采用整车滑行阻力系数直接求取的方法,提供了一种比较行之有效的整车阻力分析方法,为仿真分析提供了可靠输入,有力支撑整车开发过程。
Accurate simulation of vehicle resistance based on Cruise performance analysis software of the vehicle development process play an important role.Based on sliding resistance of actual contains in addition to the rolling resistance,air resistance,and the transmission,the wheel hub bearings and other internal friction resistance[1]is,to the total resistance is pre-research models analysis.Than traditional used direct vehicle coasting resistance coefficient calculating method,provides a more effective vehicle resistance analysis method,for the simulation analysis provides a reliable input,strong support the vehicle development process.
