某汽油机涡轮增压器废气旁通阀噪声优化 被引量:1

摘要 为解决整车急加速过程中涡轮增压器部位产生的"嘶啦"异响,采用LMS Test Lab软件在整车上进行了测试。根据测试结果,同时结合经验通过排除法诊断,确定产生异响的部位为涡轮增压器废气旁通阀处,经分析主要因为阀门与阀座的间隙较大,整车在急加速过程中,废气旁通阀门在执行器入口及发动机排气压力脉动的作用下,阀门抖动偏大产生敲击声,通过优化阀门与阀座之间的间隙,经试验验证能有效消除异响。 To solve the abnormal sound of turbo charger occured during rapid accelerating,the LMS Test Lab Software is used to test on the vehicle.It is confirmed that the noise is at the exhaust gas bypass valve according the test results and experience.The cause can be analyzed as the gap between valve and valve seat.During rapid accelerating,combining the actuator inlet and engine exhaust pressure pulsation,the vibration of valve is greater and knock noise occurs.After optimizing the gap between valve and valve seat,the abnormal noise can be eliminated effectively.
